These Terms of Use govern access to and use of darjadida.com, an Algerian real estate portal allowing users to post and browse property listings.

• Platform: The DarJadida.com website and its applications.
• User: Any individual or legal entity accessing the platform.
• Advertiser: A user who posts a property listing.

2. Access to the Service

Browsing the platform is free of charge. Posting listings requires creating a user account. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

3. User Account

Upon registration, the User agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The User is solely responsible for keeping their password confidential.

Creating accounts under a false identity or using fraudulent information is strictly prohibited.

4. Posting Listings

The Advertiser warrants that they are the owner of, or duly authorised to sell or rent, the advertised property. Listings must be accurate, complete and reflect the actual condition of the property.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse or remove any listing without prior notice if it violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Content

Users must not post:

• Content that violates Algerian law or public decency.
• Fraudulent, misleading or inaccurate listings.
• Intentionally unrealistic prices.
• Racist, inciting or offensive content.
• Duplicate listings (spam) or non-real-estate commercial content.
• Images or content unrelated to the advertised property.

6. Liability

The Advertiser is solely responsible for the content of their listings and the accuracy of the information provided. DarJadida acts as a hosting provider and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings.

7. Intellectual Property

By posting content (images, text) on the platform, the User grants DarJadida a free, non-exclusive licence to display that content on the site and its applications. The User retains ownership of their content.

8. Amendments

The Operator may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email or on-site notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Algerian courts.
