The meaning of our name
DarJadida isn't a newly built house. It's a new home.
The nuance changes everything. A newly built house is just fresh concrete. A new home is a fresh start: a first apartment, the house of a growing family, a space to launch a business.
When an Algerian looks for where to live tomorrow, one phrase comes to mind. And that phrase is our name.
دار
Dar the house, the home

Jadida new
A new home = a new life
A portal, not an agency.
A common misconception — let's clear it up once and for all. DarJadida has never been a real estate agency. We don't sell, we don't rent, we take no commission. Our job is to make you visible.
What DarJadida is not
- It is not a real estate agency — and never has been
- We carry out no transaction, sale or rental
- We take no commission on your deals
- We don't compete with our professionals — we showcase them
